Do you provide a new customer/first purchase discount in store?
We provide a 10% discount for new customers when they purchase online. This is obtained by signing up to our newsletter. We do not offer this discount for new customers in store.
I’ve lost my voucher, what can I do?
If you have lost your gift voucher please immediately either send an email to email@example.com or give us a call on +44 (0) 20 3026 9125.
Do you offer discounts for those who work in the area?
We offer a 10% discount on lingerie and swimwear for those who work in Coal Drops Yard and have access to the KX App.
How do I order a gift voucher?
You can order a gift voucher online or purchase in-store.
Do you offer student discounts?
At the moment we do not offer a discount for students.
Can I get a refund or exchange my gift voucher for cash?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers.
How do I pay using my gift voucher?
You can pay with your gift voucher either in-store or online via your unique gift voucher code.
How long are they valid for?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Can I have an e-voucher sent directly to a different person?
If you have purchased a gift voucher online and would like the unique gift voucher code sent directly to another person, please get in contact with customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve ordered a gift voucher online, how long will it take to reach me?
Once your payment has gone through the gift voucher code will land in your inbox a couple of minutes after. If you wish to have a physical version of it please email email@example.com.
