Where's my refund?
Please accept our apologies during this time. Please kindly wait 3 weeks before contacting us to chase from the date you posted it back to us. We are of course working hard to improve this time frame and always endeavour to process refunds/exchanges asap.
How long is the return/exchange period?
Please send your return item(s) back to us within 21 days from the day it arrived with you
I didn't receive a returns form in my order. How can I get one?

What to do if your bra is uncomfortable
You should stop wearing it immediately. Please get in touch with us email@example.com and one of our bra fitters can advise you accordingly.
Will my postage be refunded if I cancel my order?
If your order is cancelled prior to being fulfilled and dispatched, you will be refunded for all items as well as postage.
Can I return items from different orders together?
Yes, items from different orders can be returned together. However, please clearly state the correct/specific order reference number for each item you are returning.
Why is my item non-returnable?
You item will be non-returnable if it is sent back to us with any tagging removed and if the hygiene sticker has been removed, if the item has clearly been worn, or if the item has become damaged.
How can I track my returns?
Returns sent via our provided free return postage are classified Royal Mail 2nd class, and are not trackable. We recommend that you acquire and retain proof of postage for any items you return to us.
Can I return items I bought in store through the post?
Yes, please send them to: Beija London, UNIT 46, Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4AB. Please make sure you enclose your name, order number and mention whether it was purchased in store and reason for return.
What is the returns policy for sale items?
Sale items are able to be returned/exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned with all labels still attached and in a sellable condition.
How long will it take for me to receive my exchange order?
Once we have received and processed your exchange, your order will be delivered within 1-4 working days.
Will you notify me when you have refunded my card?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your item has been returned, or when your exchange has been processed.
Can I return items to your store?
Yes, you are able to return items bought both online and in-store at our King’s Cross store. However, free returns are available for all UK online purchases.
Can I return something and reserve another item in exchange?
Yes, if you would like to return an item for an exchange please either send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +44 (0) 20 3026 9125, and we can reserve the necessary item for you.
I’ve received a faulty / incorrect item-what can I do?
If you have received an item you believe is faulty or incorrect, please either send an email to email@example.com or give us a call on +44 (0) 20 3026 9125.
How can I return / exchange an item?
If you have purchased an item in-store, you can bring the item back to us at the store for a return/exchange. If you bought online and are within the UK, you can send the item back to us via the free return postage included in your original order.
